The project has a total area of 445ha in Van Yen commune, Van Don district.

Earlier in June 2020, the Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee signed a decision approving the list of projects with land use and off-budget capital to select investors for Van Don luxury resort complex in Van Yen commune, Van Don district.

The project has a total area of 445ha, of which the land for construction of the accommodation area is 50ha, the land outside the accommodation area is 270ha, the technical infrastructure land is 48ha, the forest land is 77ha.

The total investment capital of the project is VND 46,595 billion, of which the projected investment cost is VND 46,144 billion, the compensation cost for site clearance is expected to be VND 450 billion.

Project implementation period from 2020 – 2029. The first casino in Hoi An is about to open after 4 years of construction

On June 28, Hoiana Phase 1 is ready to open its doors to customers to experience the first infrastructure.
